Document Management

Image Capture

We take all of your documents, feed them through our scanner, electronically number them, and make computer usable images out of the documents.  Our quality control procedures guarantee 100% image production accuracy with image quality commensurate with the condition of the original source document.  Once this imaging is completed, the output is delivered on CD ROMs suitable for use in hundreds of computer applications.  If  you need a specific non-industry standards application, our in house senior experienced programmers can assist your needs.

Objective Coding

Coding takes place after imaging.  We can provide complete data base coding of all your original documents.  Objective Coding usually encompasses any or all of these elements of your original document: beginning document number, ending number, author, originator, receiver, cc, document date, title line, subject or re line (verbatim), or any other easily identified objective information on the document.  The power of the Litidex™ system is quickly evident after coding is accomplished.

Subjective Coding

This area of coding requires the experience of a company like ours.  We can provide document summaries, issue coding, key word summaries and/or identify various names or places mentioned in the body of the text.  Obviously, subjective coding takes much more operator concentration and experience, and so its cost is a significant factor.
